Conventional PCB Assemblies

With most SM assemblies comes a degree of conventional second stage build. We have a team of highly skilled operators most of whom have been trained in the assembly and inspection of military orientated hardware so we fully understand the processes involved in producing quality workmanship, whether its for military, medical or commercial applications. Flow soldering is undertaken using the industry standard Blundell CMS400D wave soldering system and again all boards are critically monitored through the process to obtain optimum soldering results.
